I had the opportunity to join as a panellist at the Conservative Party Conference alongside a panel of inspirational women including Mims Davies MP, Cllr Shazna Muzammil and Dr Sophie King-Hill to discuss the 'Girls Attitude Survey'. This survey has been carried out by Girl Guiding UK and is an insight into the thoughts, perceptions and worries of women and girls.
I was especially impressed by the Girl Guiding Advocates who chaired the panel and also expressed their opinions and views on what matters to young women, on issues such as mental health, aspiration, volunteering - alongside sexism and online safety.
